Hello and welcome to e health forum.

At the age of 22 years, your symptoms of nausea, belching , probable bloating and reduced appetite indicate the probability of acute gastritis or ingestion associated issues.

The best way to control these symptoms is via adoption of proper and healthy dietary habits, and reducing the intake of junk , proceessed foods. Reducing intake of carbonated drinks, increasing intake of fresh fruits, whole grain products, increased fibre content are all essential.

In addition to the above changes, you may benefit by using medications like Digene, or Gelusil, and Omeprazole which will reduce the formation gas, and acidity in the stomach.

In case the symptoms persist consulting with your doctor for a physical examination and proper assessment will be helpful.
