Q: Abdominal discomfort after colon polyp removal

I had a benign polyp removed 2 weeks ago and followed the post-op procedures to a tee. As of the past week, I have been having very slight discomfort in the area to which I had the polyp removed. Nothing major, but every once in a while this discomfort pops up.

Is this normal? Any ideas as to when this may end? I'm not have any fever, chills, bleeding, and otherwise feel great.

Any help would be great.
