i am a 18 year old female, for the past two years i have had severe bloating and recurrent pains.
i have pain during intercourse, bloody dischargeafter and bloating after sex, and my bfs sperm seems to just fall out of me when i stand up.This isnt down to being loose as i have often felt that my vagina has tightend and grown oddly,

I also have been worried about a mass on my right lower abdomen, it feels like it sticks out then when i put pressure on it it gurgels then goes away for a couple of hours but not i canfeel cyst like lumps in my groin and around the mass, i have heard from friends this could be fatty tissue but it is becoming more and more noticable to me if i place my hand on my pelvis and if i sit down for too long i am aware of something pushing something else in, i have started to feel sensations in my pelvis like butterflies or twinges sometimes followed by pain, ..

I saw my doctor about the abdominal pain and swellin about 9months ago but she was certain she could not feel anything abnormal but my aunt is a trained nurse and her opinion is my left ovary is pushed out and more feelable than normal, lease any help with this would be great,I sound like a hypacondriact but i am so scared i have some kind of cancer
