i have what seems to be an AAA. i am 27 with bi-polar disorder and have many medical problems currently. (so mant infact that my doc doesn't listen anymore) i go into surgery for a LAVH hysterectomy on the 26th and i am worried about it.

my doc thinks i have too many complaints and brushed the aaa feeling and pulsating in my belly as depression causing my nerves to over-react and never persued it.

i have a strong pulse just above my belly button, it is visable through my shirt somtimes. it has caused many sleepless nights from pain, worry. i am worried to tell my surgeon about it for fear she too will have the same reaction.

if i don't tell her will i be putting myself at risk during surgery?
