Q: Abdomen / Pelvic discomfort

I went to the doctor for some back, stomach and groin/testicular discomfort which has been occuring regularly for quite a while and getting worse. At first she thought it may be Kidney stones but my urine was clear. She then checked my testicles for problems but thought they were okay. After getting a CT scan on the abdomen and Pelvic area her office informed me that I have no acute findings just constipation. I do not know what to do now because the pains have not left even with a laxative.
Here are my symptoms:
1. Lower back pain
2. Burning / Sharp and dull pains shooting down each side to my groin and testicles
3. Nausea & Upset stomach (especially when/after eating)
4. Headaches and red bloodshot eyes sometimes accompany this
5. Fatigue
6. Sexual Problems
7. Uncontrollable Bowel / gas/ bloating

I just feel like a hypochondriac, but this pain is real! Should I get a second opinion or something?

Doctor

Do you experience often and painful peeing?
For how long do you experience all these symptoms?
Do certain body movements provoke or calm the pain?
Can you describe the sexual problems?
Can you give me some more data from your medical history and some personal data (age, profession, marriage status...)?

Abdomen / Pelvic Problems

I pee alot.
The back pain and nausea has bee a while.
The testicle pain (feels like kicked and have to have bowel movement) and also tingling burning has been 3-4 weeks (worse lately)
I gat a 80-90% eraction then during intercourse it goes down until ejaculation.
Blood pressure has been high and going to chiropractor for spinal correction
Sometimes uncontrollable bowel urges, blaoting
Married for 8 yrs (sex possibly once a month), 3 children, management.

Back pain could be due to some spinal disorder. Can you tell me why do you need spinal correction from a chiropractor?
High blood pressure can cause headache and bloody eyes. Do you take some medicines for the blood pressure?
If you are able to have sex only once a month in the last 8 years of mariage you obviously have some organic sexual dysfunction. Do you have erections in the morning and can you achieve erection by masturbation?
