i am a 18yr old college freshman. I have been masturbating since i was 17 for 2-3 times a day. Now my testicles are very small compared to others. I also feel pain in my lower abdomen(just right above the groin) and i also feel pain in my lower back. i dont know whether the pain is due to overweightness or any male health issue. i also noticed my glans is turning to a purplish brown color. i have stopped masturbation completely now. I also felt a very very very small lump on my right testicle (size of a pebble) about 2 months ago. I AM VERY VERY WORRIED ABOUT THIS CONDITION... CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME??

It is unlikely that masturbation has caused your testicles to be small.

Testicle masses in young men should be evaluated by a urologist to rule-out the possibility of testicular cancer (fortunately, most small testicle masses will turn out to be benign; however, a physician should examine this lump on your testicle, and if indicated, an ultrasound of the lump can be performed).
