My kidney transplant is in the lower right side of my abdominal area and I was thinking of getting an ab belt to work on my abs, (One of my areas that has not change after I started working out, the abs) ,but my concern is would it hurt the kidney? Anyone has had any experience with this? and would it work? Thanks for your responces.
