Hi katthecurious and welcome to ehealth: This depends upon what you read...Some say that during her period...I know that years ago that I doubt that we ever got through one...It would be hot...Yet, now I am older and probably more sexual than I have ever been in my life...I believe each age is different...The 40's are real hot...Sometimes I believe it takes this long for a woman to really know herself...

I think a lot of this depends upon the man that she is with...If he is a sexual turn on then she can be ready to go just like that....I guess all our stories are different...Yet, I can say without any hesitation that when I am dead tired that I am not a bundle of love...

It's a good life...Enjoy....Take care...
