What could this scab be on my right nipple and how can I treat it?
I have a white scab on my right nipple. When I wear a bra or shirt, the scab gets stuck on the material and I have to constantly move my shirt or bra so I don't have to rip the scab off. It's been going on for about a month now, and every time the scab is ripped off it leaves a clear and sticky fluid behind. It's only on my right nipple, but it hurts and turns red when I'm in the shower or water. My breast has been itching bad around it, and if I itch it my breast actually starts aching really bad. I really want to know what it is and how I can treat it. It's become a bother to me and it really hurts me at times. I just want to know how I can fix it. I haven't did anything to treat it yet.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the lesion you describe without examining you. Since it is been persistent, you should consider getting it examined by your doctor at the earliest to see what the cause could be. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated.
Take care.
