Clamydia. Go to the doctor and they will give you and him a pill. Then its gone. If you don't it can cause you to become infertile. Or it could be a minor yeast infection from the changing hormones, since you just began taking birth control.

Hey lovey, well me and my ex were in the same boat... I was on the pill and he hardly ever used condoms. I notice I hadnt got my period in the time it was meant to come...then I took a preg test and hey it was positive, then a I shot straight to the doc's and got a blood test and I found out I was 8 weeks pregz. I had no real signs of being up the duff except massive cramps and lower back pains. Sadly we did not keep the baby as I nor he was ready for it, also we broke up in that time frame and I had moved on.
But yeah get yourself tested, u could be pregz...

Hey. My last period was on December 10th 2009 it is now March 10th 2010 and I have yet to recurve aunt flow. I have taken several hpt's and 2 blood tests all which were negative. I have been waking up every morning the last week with a headache. I have been having some lower back pain, cramping like I'm gonna get my period but nothing happens, frequent urination and just my mood is up and down up and down throughout the day. I have NEVER been this late before. I'm having an ultrasound done on the 19th because I have read many blogs where women were multiple weeks late with negative tests and still ended up pregnant. I'm just wondering if there is anybody else with the sane outcome??

Ok. Hello.. i am a week late for my period and the day before yesterday i had a pinkish discharge and thought it was my period got up the next morning and it was gone didn't do anything. this morning i woke up and had a pinkish/ brownish discharge. and note still haven't started my period. having a little bit of cramps today with the pinkish/ brownish discharge but that's it and also feeling a little dizzy. Could i be pregnant????

Did you ever get an answer? My period is 28 days like clockwork and lasts 3days until this month. I was a week late and once I got it I have been spotting for 10 days. I though i was pregnant but 2 home tests and a blood test say no. I have read a lot of posts of people that didn't test positive until 2nd month. Just wondering how you made out.
