Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you have been diagnosed with PCOS, then the breast discharge that you describe, could be attributed to the hormonal changes or hyperprolactinemia. Few women are also known to have breast discharge during ovulation time or just before or during menstrual periods or during early pregnancy. If the symptoms are persistent, visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
