Hi,
I have been having issues with my vagina since I was 7 years old. Urine would leak out and I would smell like urine. Nowadays there are just a variety of smells that come off like a sewer smell, like my flesh is burning or there is plastic burning. All sorts of weird smells just come out from nowhere and I have no control over it whatsoever. Sometimes after showering I still smell like something is burning. I have trouble being sround other people cause I don't to be smelly around them and cause other people including myself to be uncomfortable. My vagina isn't itchy though I always have two pimples on their. I don't burn when I urinate. I'm not sexually active in any way so it can't be an std. I'm in my twenties so this issue has been going on for too long. What should I do?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms are suggestive of possibility of vaginal infection, PID etc. You need not be sexually active to acquire vaginal infections. Infections can occur due to vaginal secretion or pH changes, masturbation, etc. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for a vaginal swab/smear test to help with identifying the causative agent. Get started on treatment as indicated. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap, perfumes or deodorants in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments. Avoid tight fitting clothes. Keep the area dry and clean.
Take care.
