Lately I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in my left breast, it at first felt like when material sweeps lightly across your bare skin, but at times it feels intense, no pain, just that tingly sensation, and it feels deep in the breast not on the surface.

Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the tingling sensation in breast that you describe without examining you. If symptoms have been persistent you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation. Breast tissue responds to hormonal changes in your body and the symptoms could be due to the changes in the breast tissue. If you have noticed obvious changes in breast, consider getting an examination done by your doctor/gynecologist. If there has been history of breast cancer in your family, getting a screening mammogram along with tumor marker test done will be helpful to predict your chances of developing breast cancer. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
