Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the scabs that you describe without examining them. The underlying cause needs to be determined to be able to start you on the right treatment for their control. Consider visiting your doctor/dermatologist for thorough examination and investigations to look for the underlying cause. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated by examination and investigation results. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/dermatologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately to your treating doctor/gynecologist. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest.
Take care.
