Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

Missed periods, moodiness, lower abdomen and back pain can be due to pregnancy. So take a pregnancy test and see. If this is negative, then repeat after a week. If the second test is also negative, then pelvic inflammatory disease, polycystic ovary, and other causes of missed periods will need to be looked into. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this as a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
