I have a small lump right above my collar bone. If i touch it with my finger it moves around and it hurts. i have also been more tired then normal.

The presence of a lymph node as described along with fatigue could be a sign of indicator a naso-pharyngeal-respiratory tract infection.

You might consider to consulting your doctor for a physical and proper treatment.
