a sharp vice gripping head pain

Hi i am deeply worried about a sharp vice gripping pain that i get in my head if i cough a little too hard or simply bend over, it lasts only few seconds, but the pain is very severe, i usually squeeze my head hard with my hands, stamp my feet till it goes away! i am really worried, any advice would be great thank you for your time.
