So to all those who had read my post about my friends and their baby here is an update. He is doing very well! He is 6 months old and yes has many things ahead of him but is baffeling the drs! He only has 5-10% kidney function yet still is growing, having urine output, and keeping his levels at a safe level! They don't really understand it most people would need dialisis at this point. He will eventually need a transplant but they are thinking not until 1 year to 18 months. He is trying to do many of the things normal kids do at this age, which is great! It's means his mental ability is there!

So one more thing I thought I would share with you. Any of you who have read my posts know that I"m 26 and have 2 children. My first I had when I was still in highschool. Well we now have a 14 almost 15 year old added to our family! He was living with grandparents who have now had to go to a nursing home. It was up to him where he wanted to live. He knew he could come to us or his parents. He wanted to be here so now he is. We have legal guardianship and if it didn't cost so much we would try to adopt, but who knows maybe someday. Let me tell you he's a busy kid! Wow!
