Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The hot flashes could be suggestive of possible onset of perimenopause. A complete hormonal analysis done would help to confirm/rule out onset of menopausal changes. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Get started on hormonal supplements if indicated to control your symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
