Hello and welcome to E health forum.

By the description provided, it seems that you may be having a lipoma.

Lipomas are tumors that are completely benign and that, because they’re made of fatty tissues, are soft to the touch and can be easily moved.

Anyone can develop a lipoma. Lipomas are very common and approximately one percent of the population is said to have a lipoma somewhere on their body.

Lipomas are completely harmless and therefore, don’t usually need any special treatment.

In the case of the lipoma obstructing movement or causing pain in some way, the lipoma may need to be removed. In that case, usually a small surgical procedure can be done to remove it.

You might consult with your doctor for a examination and proper advice.
