My friend was very surprised when I told her to drink much water if you want to lose weight. So she did it and after one week she says: "My belly just grows and grows, could you come with better advice?" I remember I forgot to tell her not to eat so much along water drinking So that is really a good advice to drink much water and eat 5-6 small healthy meals per day. What do you think guys?

She's probably becoming bloated. She should watch her sodium intake, and also not drink anything BUT water and other healthy drinks.

Drinking water will help to clean out the system but not so much if she's constantly putting unhealthy things right back into it.
