I have a circumsized penis and I have a worry about something i noticed a few years ago. My penis look perfectly normal untill you look close. I have about 5-10 little "tunnel" like things on my penis. Each one has two tiny little holes on each side of the tunnel. The tunnel like this doesnt make a large lump or anything but when i put pressure on it, i can feel that there is like a literal tunnel under the surface of my skin. When i squeeze it, a white puss like paste come out. Not liquid. Like creamy. Idk what it is. Im 15. Noticed it around 12-13.

I'm guessing it's the result of your circumcision. It's hard to tell on an infant how much skin the penis will actually need by the time the boy reaches adulthood, and if they underestimated or made any errors during the circumcision, you end up with little holes or tunnels.

I'm going to assume that the "paste" is because it's probably hard to clean properly in those areas. You might want to see a specialist about this for a second opinion.

Extremely eHealthy

It has NOTHING to do with circumcision. I'd look it up but too lazy now, it is not a problem. tell your Dr. when u see him or if u have insurance and can call a Nurse help line free; bingo
it is not all that unusual
