A cut and possible blister on penis?

I was masturbating and when I finished I looked at my penis and I seemed to have a red blister type thing. A few days later the blister thing was still there but wasn't really affecting me so I decided to masturbate again, which I now think was a really stupid thing to do. Anyway while I was doing it I felt a sort of burning pain so I looked and the blister thing was bleeding and I also had a small cut which was the main cause of the pain. I then cleaned my penis in salty water and then normal water. Now there is only pain when I touch them both. I think the cut was caused by the friction of me masturbating but i'm not so sure about the blister because when I masturbated that time, I was in a tent on a camping holiday so I hadn't washed my hands for a few days. I know I'm stupid but I just want some advice. Please help.
