3 Kinds of Athletes The Insanity Workout Program Is Perfect For

It’s pretty much established that the Insanity Workout program is not a child’s game. This is some serious fitness intensity and truth is there are many athletes whose attention is caught by the big fuss and great reputation that Insanity has attracted. Here are three kinds of athletes that would surely benefit from Shaun T’s insanity workout program.

1- Extreme athletes. Snow boarders, rock climbers, hand gliders, wing suit flyers, surfers, windsurfers, and all those who practice any other kind of extreme sports can benefit a lot from Insanity because in most cases, these sports are not something that you can do in your backyard and have to travel somewhere. So what can they do to stay fit while at home? How about the hardest workout ever put on DVD? Insanity will give extreme athletes an excellent physical condition that will help them perform better on their extreme sport of choice.

2- Graduates of other in home Extreme fitness programs. There are many Beachbody programs: Turbofire, P90x, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, ChaLean Extreme, and more. All of them super effective, all of them certified by Beachbody, all of them worth every penny. But are all of them as intense as Insanity? Well, why don’t you find out? Shaun T’s workout has been tried by many Beachbody programs graduates and they have found the Insanity workout program to be a challenge worth their attention.

3- Off-season athletes. If you play baseball, basketball, soccer, football, tennis, volleyball, hockey or any other sport and your season is over, you might want to have some rest or you might want to come back stronger, faster, and in better shape for next season. If you prefer the latter, use the Insanity workout program and experience an up in your game that will be noticed by you and everybody else next season. This workout will tire you out, but your game will be improved, guaranteed.

If you feel you dont fit into any particular category above, but still would like to try the program theres a way to test yourself to see if its doable or not. Its called the Insanity Fit Test and is the first DVD in the program. Youre put through a 20 minute sequence of exercises that vary in intensity level. These exercise sequences mimic the pace and intensity that are present in most of the Insanity DVDs. The end result of the fit test will be a good barometer of whether you can handle the Insanity workout program or if you should be modest and send it back.
